Your Complete User Agreement

pk2win (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated under international gaming license oversight. The Platform offers casino games, live dealer table games, sports betting including cricket, fishing games, and related promotional services to eligible users.

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") apply to all visitors, registered users, and bettors who access or use pk2win's website at pk2win.site, including all sub-pages, game lobbies, cashier functions, promotional materials, and customer support channels associated with the Platform.

Your acceptance of these Terms is indicated by: (a) clicking "I Agree" or any similar acceptance mechanism during the registration process; (b) completing the account registration on pk2win; or (c) placing any wager, making any deposit, or accessing any game on the Platform. By taking any of these actions, you enter into a binding legal agreement with pk2win.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Account" means a registered player account on the pk2win Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held in a player's pk2win Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by pk2win subject to wagering requirements and conditions specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• "CNIC" means Computerised National Identity Card issued by the Government of Pakistan, used as the primary identity verification document for pk2win accounts.
• "Game" means any betting market, casino game, live dealer table, fishing game, or slot title offered on the pk2win Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process mandatory for all pk2win accounts prior to withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the pk2win website, game lobby, cashier system, and all associated digital services operated under pk2win.site.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted under applicable law or pk2win's internal compliance policy.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiple of bonus funds that must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

To be eligible to register and use the pk2win Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted);
• You are not a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of accessing the Platform;
• You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of pk2win or any of its affiliated companies;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or exclusion requirement imposed by pk2win or any regulatory body;
• You have not had a previously registered pk2win account that was suspended, terminated, or permanently closed for Terms violations;
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

pk2win conducts mandatory CNIC-based age and identity verification (KYC) on all accounts prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to an individual aged 21 or older will be suspended immediately, any remaining balance will be reviewed in accordance with applicable regulations, and the account will be permanently closed.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on pk2win at any given time. The registration of duplicate, shared, or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 — Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your Pakistani mobile phone number, a valid and accessible email address where applicable, your date of birth, and the creation of a secure password meeting pk2win's minimum security requirements.

4.2 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your login username and password. pk2win will never request your password via any channel including live chat, email, or telephone. Any activity conducted using your account credentials is your responsibility. You must notify pk2win immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 — Account Accuracy

Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any subsequent point — including during KYC submission — constitutes fraud and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities. pk2win reserves the right to request updated or additional verification documentation from any account holder at any time.

pk2win supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking (IBFT), UBL Internet Banking (IBFT), Meezan Bank IBFT, and USDT via the TRC20 network. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction.

5.1 — Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• The minimum deposit via JazzCash and EasyPaisa is PKR 100. Bank transfer minimums begin at PKR 1,000.
• pk2win does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges for which pk2win accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your pk2win Balance upon confirmation of receipt from the payment processor.

5.2 — Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are only processed to payment accounts registered in your own name and matching the name on your CNIC.
• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Maximum single withdrawal limits are detailed in the cashier section.
• pk2win reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, including for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to wagering requirements being fully met. Withdrawal requests that include unwagered bonus funds will be declined pending fulfilment of the applicable wagering requirement.
• Processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — 15 to 30 minutes; Bank transfer — 1 to 4 hours; USDT TRC20 — 30 to 60 minutes. These are indicative timeframes and not guaranteed processing commitments.

pk2win offers various promotional incentives including welcome deposit bonuses, cashback programmes, enhanced odds, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, which are published on the pk2win promotions page at the time of offer.

6.1 — General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered pk2win accounts only. One bonus per account, per household, per IP address, and per device applies to all welcome and first-deposit bonus offers, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Until wagering requirements are fully satisfied, bonus-derived winnings may not be withdrawn.
• pk2win reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to an eligible account.
• Bonuses credited in error must be returned on demand and may be reclaimed by pk2win directly from your balance.
• pk2win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional programme at its sole discretion, with reasonable notice where practicable.

6.2 — Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the total amount of real-money wagers that must be completed using bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings before those winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Unless otherwise specified in a particular promotion's terms: (a) bets placed using bonus funds count toward the wagering requirement at the rates specified in the promotion terms; (b) certain game types may contribute at reduced rates or zero percent toward wagering requirements; (c) the wagering clock begins upon bonus credit.

All games and betting markets available on pk2win are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type, which are accessible within the game interface or game information panel. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the mechanics and outcome of that specific game or market.

7.1 — Sports Betting

• All cricket betting markets — including PSL, international T20I, ODI, and Test match markets — are subject to the pk2win Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms by reference.
• Bets are final once confirmed by the pk2win system and displayed in your bet history. Cancellation of confirmed bets is not permitted except in circumstances where a market is voided by pk2win.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted and settled on the basis of the live data feed received by pk2win. In the event of feed errors or delays, pk2win reserves the right to void and refund affected in-play bets at its discretion.
• Minimum and maximum bet stakes per market are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by market, event, and account tier.

7.2 — Casino & RNG Games

• All slot and RNG-based casino games on pk2win use certified random number generation systems, independently audited for fairness by third-party testing laboratories.
• Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within each game's information panel.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, pk2win reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the stake to the player's balance.

7.3 — Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games including WM Live Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Roulette, and Blackjack are governed by the rules displayed within the live dealer interface. Results are final as determined by the live dealer studio. Disconnection during a live dealer round does not entitle a player to cancellation of an accepted bet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk2win Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering using false, fabricated, or borrowed identity information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI systems, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage; any winnings derived from exploitation of a technical error are void;
• Engaging in collusion with other players in live dealer or multiplayer game environments;
• Depositing funds through third-party payment accounts or accounts not registered in your own name;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any transaction intended to conceal the origin or nature of funds;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate entertainment and personal wagering;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pk2win staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to circumvent geographic access restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or similar technologies;
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing pk2win accounts or account balances.

pk2win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) pk2win has reasonable grounds to believe these Terms have been breached; (b) a KYC verification attempt has failed or documents submitted are found to be false; (c) account activity raises anti-money laundering or fraud concerns; (d) a player has been added to any self-exclusion register; or (e) as required by applicable regulatory obligations.

In cases of suspected fraud or Terms violation, pk2win may freeze Account balances pending investigation. Following the conclusion of any investigation, balances may be returned, partially returned, or forfeited depending on the findings. Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pk2win support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the original deposit payment method following standard KYC verification, subject to deduction of applicable bonus balances.

All intellectual property rights in the pk2win Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, brand assets, game interfaces, software architecture, data compilations, promotional materials, and written content — are and shall remain the exclusive property of pk2win and its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purpose of personal gaming and entertainment. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software; remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or branding on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk2win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits or revenue; loss of data; service interruptions or downtime; errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes resulting from technical malfunction; or any other commercial losses.

pk2win's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the value of your Account balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

pk2win collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at pk2win.site/privacy-policy. By registering on pk2win, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data provided during registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, and communications with the Platform.

pk2win implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data transmissions between your device and the Platform are encrypted using TLS 1.3 protocol.

pk2win is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following self-management tools are available to all registered players directly within Account Settings, without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately upon activation. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour reflection period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you upon reaching a specified duration within an active gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary access restrictions of 24 hours, 72 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which no deposits or game access is permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: A longer-term exclusion mechanism for players who determine that a sustained break from gambling is necessary. Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to permanent. Reinstatement after a non-permanent self-exclusion requires a formal review process.

pk2win will not knowingly permit individuals under 21 years of age to access or use the Platform. If you are concerned about a minor accessing gambling sites, please implement parental control software on shared devices and report concerns to pk2win's support team.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform — including disputes regarding game outcomes, transaction processing, bonus credits, or account management — you must follow the following procedure in order:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Raise your dispute directly with pk2win's 24/7 live chat support team, providing all relevant account details, transaction references, and a clear description of the issue. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage within hours.
• Step 2 — Formal Written Complaint: If your dispute is not resolved through live chat to your satisfaction, submit a formal written complaint via email to the support address listed in Section 17. Include your account username, the nature of the complaint, supporting documentation, and your proposed resolution. pk2win will acknowledge formal written complaints within 48 hours and issue a final response within 14 business days.
• Step 3 — Regulatory Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved following pk2win's final written response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority overseeing the Platform under the applicable regulatory framework.

The outcome of any game round or sporting event, as determined by the certified game or data systems used by pk2win, is final and binding unless a technical malfunction is confirmed by pk2win's technical team.

pk2win reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered account holders via a notice posted on the Platform, and may also be communicated via email or in-account notification where appropriate.

The effective date of any amendment will be clearly indicated at the top of the revised Terms. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk2win holds its primary gaming license. Any disputes not resolved through the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable regulatory jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall affect any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence, to the extent that those rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
